Lucerne lawyer reports Nicolas Rimoldi to the Kesb
The Zurich Kesb received a threat report against Moderate President Nicolas Rimoldi. Sender: a Lucerne lawyer. Now Rimoldi wants to defend himself legally against it.
It was a heated exchange of blows. At the beginning of April, the Corona skeptic Nicolas Rimoldi (28) called for the concealed carrying of weapons on the short message service Twitter for self-defense. Green National Councilor Meret Schneider (30) commented: "Ah, what, in self-defense I stab Rimoldi with a pocket knife." Rimoldi, angry about this, later countered: "As far as I know, Messer-Meret is still walking around freely."
Among other things, this statement has now led to the Lucerne lawyer Loris Fabrizio Mainardi filing a risk report against Rimoldi with the Zurich child and adult protection authority (Kesb), as " 20 minutes" writes on Friday.

Kesb sees no need for action
However, the Kesb is said to have later informed the Moderate President Rimoldi that “based on the information provided in the report, it obviously does not consider it appropriate to examine adult protection measures. For this reason, the authority is closing the matter,” as the report goes on to say.
Not enough for the lawyer Mainardi. He sent a letter to the Kesb. According to the report by "20 Minutes", it says: "It is only to be hoped that your assessment - especially in view of Rimoldi's alleged possession of firearms - proves to be correct. In any case, you no longer appear to be in good faith with regard to any potential for violence that may later manifest itself."
The Kesb must at least clarify with Rimoldi whether a mental illness is present, Mainardi can be further quoted. Only an expert opinion can clarify whether everything is in order at Rimoldi.
Rimoldi wants to take legal action
Rimoldi himself is "not amused" about it. This is a cowardly attack on peaceful civil rights activists, he tells the newspaper. Rimoldi suspects that the lawyer Mainardi would like to prevent at all costs that he could win a possible National Council seat in the autumn elections.
